We provide business operations consulting services, including workflow review, documentation (SOPs/templates), project coordination, and back‑office support. Deliverables, timelines, and pricing are confirmed in writing before work begins.

3. No guarantees

We do not guarantee specific outcomes (including revenue, profit, or performance results). Results depend on many factors outside our control, including implementation decisions and market conditions.

4. Client responsibilities

• Provide accurate information needed to deliver the agreed scope.
• Review deliverables and provide feedback in a timely manner.
• Make your own business decisions. You are responsible for how recommendations are implemented.

5. Payment, cancellation, and refunds

Payment terms are defined in the written scope/proposal. If you need to cancel or reschedule, contact us as soon as possible. Refunds, if any, depend on the portion of work already completed and will be described in the project agreement.

6. Website use

You agree not to misuse the website, including attempts to disrupt service, scrape data, or submit abusive/spam content. We may use basic technical measures (rate limiting, logs) to protect the site.

7. Intellectual property

Website content is owned by Madalengoitia Consultores or licensed for use. Client deliverables are governed by the engagement agreement.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Madalengoitia Consultores is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability related to an engagement is limited to the fees paid for the specific services giving rise to the claim.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict of law principles.
